Don’t worry, there are no secrets; if it’s not brand new,we’ll tell and show you exactly why something is discounted. No tricks or gimmicks, just savings up to 75% off!

We offer our white glove appointment delivery service if you can’t take it with you.

If you haven’t been to one of our warehouse sales before, you won’t want to miss this weekend. Bring your room measurements, get there early because nothing will last long!

SO WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS YEAR?

As part of our commitment to give back to our communities, we’ve recently teamed up with
The Gallery Church to establish a Furniture Bank for less fortunate individuals who need help or a fresh start. We’re currently offering FREE haul away of any usable used furniture when you have furniture delivered. Through our partnership, We’ll clean it up, fix it up and deliver it at no charge to people in need of furniture and a little help.

How can you help?
Well, you’ll probably be driving a larger vehicle to the warehouse sale, so you can get all of your great deals home, right? Why not throw in a couple of household furniture items you don’t want or need anymore. If they are in good usable condition, we’ll give you store credit for each and every item! You won’t be able to use the credit at the warehouse, but you can use it on any purchase at
Su Casa or PAD, and not just this weekend!

For Example at this sale: Bring us a good, working floor lamp, we’ll give you a $5 credit!
Bring us a good, clean living room chair, we’ll give you a $25 credit!
Bring us a good, clean Sofa, we’ll give you a $50 credit!
Bring us a good, dining table and 4 chairs, we’ll give you a $75 credit! You get the idea!

We really want to jumpstart this campaign, so there’s no limit to how much store credit we will give you, just remember, we will only accept items that are usable and something that someone else would want and need.

No sofas missing cushions, no table with only 3 out of 4 legs, no mattresses.
