This weekend, Saturday Oct3 and Sunday Oct4, is the 42nd Annual Fells Point Festival.  If you didn’t already know, the streets of Fells Point are closed off to cars and filled with people, arts and crafts, carnival rides, 2 beer gardens and this year the Ravens game will be on the Jumbotron.
